How does a kid get a 38 caliber ...mom's ex- boyfriend...and he just get's a misdemeanor for 1 count of child endangerment....and if it's mom's ex....what the fuck is the gun still doing in the house...and...holsters gun can fire people...it just takes four to eight pounds of pressure on the trigger.
